Dance Events app for iPhone and iPad

The Dance Events Admin App is an administrative tool to provide the support and information required for the Dance Events Submission Portal.

The Dance Events app allows you to do the following:

Portal Information:

* Add and Delete Dance Schools from the portal
* View PDFs created on the portal by each dance school, and all of the dance schools information.

* Add, Edit & Delete Contestants
* Add, Edit & Delete Events
* Add, Edit & Delete Events Created by the dance schools

Event Preparation:

* Assign Contestant & Dance School Number to each participant
* Merge Events from different Schools together
* Organise the merged events by date & time for your upcoming Event.

Marks & Trophys:

*Create a trophy list, and assign each trophy to events based on certain criterias. The trophy list will then also show you the winner of each trophy based on the marks input in the marks book.
*The mark book allows you to fill in the marks received from the judges or adjudicators of your event (marks as percentages or alphabetical rankings or both)

Print Useable PDF Documents:

*Events for Organisation - Prints all the individual Events from each dance school to be sorted. This is usually done before Event Organisation Takes place.

*Event Programme -

* Event Book - This PDF contains all the sorted events with contestant names, event numbers and dance school numbers. It can be used by the organisers to make sure the event runs smoothly.

* Adjudicators Book - This PDF is a book that contains all the event numbers, Contestant numbers & School Numbers. It is useful to use when you want your Judges or Adjudicators not to know the dances onstage by name, but rather an assigned number.

* Certificates - This PDF Contains printable certificates formatted to the Alberton Dance Eisteddfod Certificates. The PDF contain a certificate for each contestant in each group.
